Through the creative process, you’re invited to reflect on your inner world, discover new perspectives, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges. We’ll explore what’s present for you: your emotions, patterns, questions, and hopes, using both conversation and art to support insight, resilience, and growth.
Art Therapy provides a grounding, non-judgmental space where expression can feel safer and more accessible. No artistic experience is needed; the focus is not on making “good” art, but on using creativity as a tool for healing, clarity, and empowerment.

Brainspotting is a therapeutic process that works with the connection between the brain and body to support healing and growth. It uses specific points in your visual field (“brainspots”) to help access deeper layers of experience; places where emotions, memories, and patterns can be held beneath conscious awareness.
This process doesn’t rely heavily on talking or analyzing. Instead, it allows you to tune into your internal experience in a more direct way, supporting the brain and body in processing what’s been stored over time. With mindful attention and a supportive, attuned presence, shifts can happen organically, often leading to greater clarity, release, and a sense of integration.
Brainspotting can be used not only to work through past experiences, but also to build inner resources, strengthen resilience, and focus on future goals. It supports connecting you with your own capacity for insight, balance, and meaningful change.

Creative Mentoring is a supportive space for anyone wanting to reconnect with their creativity. These sessions are not “therapy” or clinical in nature; however, they draw on the same sensitivity and presence I bring to my work as an art therapist. Together, we focus on your creative life; your blocks, your daily practices, your curiosities, and the parts of you that are longing for expression.
In these sessions, we explore what helps you feel motivated, inspired, and connected to your art. This might involve experimenting with new materials, developing nourishing creative routines, or gently working through the places where you feel stuck. Creative Mentoring is about making space for possibility, play, and momentum. It’s an invitation to deepen your relationship with your creativity in a way that feels grounded, personal, and fully yours.
I work with adults only (18+) seeking support through a wide range of life experiences, including anxiety, depression, codependency, grief and loss, and life transitions.
I also support individuals navigating existential questions, spiritual exploration, creative blocks, and a desire for deeper self-understanding. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, and integrates nature-based activities, which offers a grounded and compassionate space for reflection, healing, and meaningful growth.
